Late Application
Late application for each trimester may be possible if all spaces have not been filled in either the Individual or Group Tracks. Late application can be made until two weeks prior to the first class. An additional $20 is required to expedite your application. Before submitting a late application, call the Centerpoint Office to find out about space availability.
Tuition
The base tuition for one track is $2800. If you wish to enroll in two tracks simultaneously, the second track is an additional $1200. Please note: Group Track applicants must also enroll in the Individual Track since groups are essentially made up of individuals. :-) If you wish to enroll in one track now and at a later time apply for enrollment in a second track, the cost at that time will be $1500. You will also need to reapply for the second track and pay an additional $40 application fee.
Deposit
For classes held on the Centerpoint campus, once you are accepted into the program, a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $500 is required. The balance ($2300 for one track, $3500 for two tracks) is due no less than two weeks prior to the beginning of the program(s) in which you are accepted. For those on the Antioch campus, once you are accepted then you can register through the Continuing Education Program and pay the full amount online or in person.
Payment Plan
If the program is held at Centerpoint, please contact the Centerpoint Front Office Manager about financing tuition balances. If held at Antioch, please contact the Continuing Education Program regarding financing.
Withdrawal/Cancellation
Students withdrawing from the program prior to the completion of the second day of class receive a full refund, less the $500 deposit and a $100 cancellation fee. After the first weekend, withdrawing students are responsible for the full tuition. Students missing a session are required to achieve the learning objectives of the missed session(s) through individual coaching prior to the next session. Individual coaching is available at $90 per hour. If it becomes necessary for Centerpoint to reschedule a session we will attempt to consider the convenience of all the students. Centerpoint is not liable for any travel or housing expenses incurred.
