Workshops
You don't have to do it alone! As part of a group, you'll learn about others' experiences, share your own, and gain support. It's also more affordable to work through most of the career process in a workshop and do the "fine-tuning" in individual sessions.
If you haven't already taken the Life/Career Self-Test or looked at the Career Process Map, you might want to do one or both before you read the course descriptions. What you learn by answering the Self-Test and looking at the Career Process Map will help you determine the types of workshops and services that may be the best fit for you.
The career process happens in stages. Each step forms the foundation for the next. For example, you need to be clear about who you are and what you want before you start looking for a job. Centerpoint offers workshops and individual career counseling to help you at any stage of the career process.

For people who are trying to choose a new career direction, we offer some basic workshops/services that will be of help. They're not the only ones, but they are the core of our program:
- LifeWork Renewal -- a foundation which introduces a model of change and transition that's both practical and enlightening
- Passion Search -- looking inward to find your energy, interest and passions to create a new vision for life and work
- Getting Unstuck -- a way to unblock the inner obstacles to uncovering passion
- Exploring Options -- clarifying your work/life vision and finding where that fits in the world, including tools such as how to network comfortably for information and job exploration, using the library and other career resources
- Job Search Clinics -- taking the next step and learning creative ways to job search, clinincs are held weekly and can keep you accoutable in the process
