Support Circles

Coming Together, Sharing Together, Working Together, Succeeding Together…

Centerpoint Support Circles are small groups of people who meet regularly to support each other through career and life changes. They do this by sharing resources, and creating a mutual structure for giving continued attention to their individual growth processes. Some groups come out of a shared experience in one of Centerpoint’s Workshops or Retreats; others form "from scratch," with a shared desire to have more support in their transitions.

While it is possible for a Circle to form without any outside assistance or facilitation, most find that having a facilitator provide structure and coaching for the group greatly increases the Circle’s effectiveness and longevity. The facilitators can help a Circle make their meetings a powerful experience of support, focus, and synergy through shared resources. However, the goal of every Centerpoint Support Circle is to have the group become a vital, cost-free, and self-managing entity that complements any other classes, counseling, learning, or assistance that individual members may be utilizing.

Who Should Join?

Individuals at any stage of the career transition process who can use some peer support.
